Objective
Create a unified brand identity to bring together Paladina Health, Healthstat, Activate Healthcare, and R-Health under one cohesive name and visual system, positioning the newly combined organization as a national leader in value-based, employer-sponsored care.
Approach
We partnered with an external agency to explore naming and logo directions, ultimately landing on Everside Health, a name that conveys enduring partnership and whole-person care. Once the core identity was in place, I led the development of the full design system to support the brand’s national rollout and long-term scalability.
I built a modern, accessible, and flexible brand system from the ground up:
– Color palette: A vibrant green and secondary accents pulled from nature, designed to inspire calm and trust
– Typography: Legible, scalable typefaces for consistency across digital and physical environments
– Iconography and layout: Clean, intuitive components built for usability and clarity
– Photography and video style: Human-centered, diverse, and authentic visuals that reflect the brand’s values
I created a comprehensive brand standards guide and implemented the system across the organization, from sales and marketing materials to clinical signage, member portals, internal communications, recruiting, and HR. I collaborated cross-functionally to ensure the brand was applied consistently and effectively across every touchpoint.
Outcome
The Everside Health brand launched in 2021 and helped redefine the company’s position in the marketplace. Internally, it aligned teams and gave teammates a brand they were proud to represent. Externally, it signaled momentum, unity, clarity, and innovation to clients, prospects, investors, and brokers. The scalable system supported national growth, additional investment, and ultimately laid the creative foundation for the eventual merger with Marathon Health.
